"Battery Level Was Surprisingly Accurate"
I have to say, the battery level reading was actually spot on every time I checked it. Simple thing, but it’s nice when it works exactly as expected

I had a small issue with my ride and reached out to support, and they got back to me quickly. The fix wasn’t perfect right away, but these things happen, and they were helpful enough to get me sorted. Overall, I’d give it 4 stars.

"Charged just like I expected..."
I used li.me a few times this week, and the billing was spot on each time... no random extra fees or weird charges popping up after the ride. The app showed the price, and my card was charged pretty much exactly that. it’s just nice when things work the way they’re supposed to..

I couldn’t get my account verified no matter what I tried, and support really didn’t do much to help. It was frustrating, feels like this should’ve been easier, doesn’t it?

"I use Lime a few times a week..."
I use Lime a few times a week, most of the scooters have been totally fine. The battery shown in the app is usually accurate, and I rarely end up with one that feels broken, sketchy, or unsafe, which I REALLY appreciate.
I’ve had maybe one or two rides where the brakes felt a little weak or the scooter seemed slower than usual, so it’s not perfect. But for quick trips around town, it’s been dependable overall. I’d give it 4 stars because there’s still room to improve, but most of the time it gets the job DONE.

"Support got me sorted before it became a problem"
I had to wait a little bit, but support was quick once they got to me. I was a bit worried I’d end up losing more time trying to figure it out myself, so I’m glad they stepped in and helped before it turned into a bigger hassle.

"Scooters could use a bit more upkeep"
I’ve used Lime a handful of times and it’s been mostly fine, but a few scooters definitely felt like they needed some maintenance. One had really squeaky brakes, and another was already low on battery right after I unlocked it — which was annoying. When the scooters are in good shape, the ride is great, but the upkeep could be more consistent

"Convenient, but the penalty fees aren’t always clear"
I use Lime regularly, and for the most part it’s been a good experience. The app usually works fine, and the bikes are generally where the map says they’ll be, which is nice. My main complaint is the penalty fees. It’s annoying because the rules around parking aren’t always communicated clearly, and if you park slightly wrong or the app acts up, you can still get charged. I had to pay a fee once, and support took a while to get back to me. I’d still give it 4 stars because it’s super handy, but they really need to be clearer about the fees.

"Promo code went through no problem"
I tried using a promo code for my ride and yeah, it worked on the first try. Happy with that. I did take one star off though because the app was kinda slow to load.

"Decent ride, geofencing gets irritating"
I’ve used li.me a few times now and it’s been solid. Unlocking the scooter was quick, it rode fine, and it got me across town without much hassle.

The only thing that bugged me was the geofencing. It randomly slowed me down in a couple spots, and one time I had to get off and walk it out of the area. I get why they do it, but still annoying. Anyway...

"Handy in about every city I end up in"
I travel around a fair bit for work, and Lime is usually there when I need it. I’ve used it in Berlin, Paris, Madrid, and even some smaller areas. It’s nice not having to jump between five different apps just to get around. Overall, the coverage has been solid for me.

"Prices were actually clear for once"
I’ve used Lime a handful of times, i was kind of suspicious at first because apps love sneaking in random fees like it’s part of some secret scheme. But the price showed before I started, and there wasn’t any weird surprise charge after the ride, just the unlock fee and the per-minute cost. Longer rides can still get pricey, no doubt, but at least they’re upfront about it, which almost feels rare these days.

"Brakes seem good overall"
I used these once on a downhill stretch and they stopped me just fine, so I’d say they’re probably solid brakes overall. They did squeak a little going downhill, but nothing too crazy.

"Usually a ride close by"
Most of the time when I open the app, there’s a scooter or bike somewhere nearby. Not always right in front of me, but close enough. Super helpful when I’m running late. Or just not in the mood to walk.

Weekends are a different story sometimes. Busy areas, they go quick. I’ve definitely had to wander a few blocks to find one. Still, overall, it’s been dependable for me.

"So relieved the helmets were easy to find"
I used li.me a few times this week, i was really happy that there was always a helmet nearby. It made me feel a lot more relaxed and safe before starting the ride, which I really appreciated. Such a small thing, but it made the whole experience way less stressful.
